What’s the catch? Is there any more to pay?
There are no hidden surprises or costs with KISSHR, the costs are fixed and cannot be changed and all the services and products listed are included in that package. Don’t forget you have 30 days to get a full refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the product.
What do I have to do when I sign up?
You will receive full instructions after you join KISSHR but basically you need to send us your details and information, theres a simple form for this. Once we have your new system up and running you need to read through the system and make sure you are happy with it. Then we start the training, we will keep training you and your staff until everyone is 100% happy with the system. Remember there is no such thing as one size fits all so everyone’s experience will be a little different depending on your needs.
What if legislation changes halfway through my contract?
Part of what KISSHR offers is this exact service, if the government in it’s infinite wisdom changes some WHS or HR legislation that effects the KISSHR platform or your documentation we will change it and let you know what was done. It’s one less thing for you to worry about in business. We keep an eye on these things for you.
What if I employ more people?
That’s great, if you add a couple of people to your business there is no change to the costs, just let us know and we will set them up and do some training. If you go from 5 employees to 20 then we will need to review your systems regardless so please call us and we can make sure everything is in place. We may need to review the costs in this situation it will depend on the circumstances.
